Casas Collective — brand identity showcase

Intro

Casas Collective's warm, editorial identity translates the intimacy of a home into a brand system that resists the transactional language of short-term rentals.

The website functions as a brand exposure channel, not a booking platform, UX decisions were oriented around retention and Airbnb click-through, restructuring the site's information hierarchy so that every path, including the About page, converges on the Property listing rather than exiting the brand.

User Flow

Core Decision

1. CTA Structure & Flow

Property is the only final internal destination, all primary CTAs converge there, with a three tier hierarchy (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary) to reduce hesitation and lift the Airbnb click through rate.

2. Web Brand Design

Balancing Airbnb's own interior design, logo, and brand blue with the site's identity was the main challenge. I chose a warm ivory cream palette and kept the design minimal, letting it support the interiors while the brand blue carries the trust of the brand itself.

3. Next Steps

Plan to track user behavior with Framer Analytics and add a discounted booking CTA requested by the client to further improve conversion.
